This unique and timely workshop explores how conversation could be our society's doorway to healing in these challenging times, and how we can cultivate conversation through our own meditation and mindfulness practice.

Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche is a meditation master, Buddhist lineage holder and high lama who has spent his life working with students on the path of meditation. This workshop uses his newest book, The Lost Art of Good Conversation, to explore how meditation can help us be more present in our lives and practice good communication more effectively.

With more than 10 hours of original content, the workshop explores how we can enrich our lives and world. The Sakyong and featured teachers guide us to create new patterns using basic principles of the Shambhala tradition: meditation and a sincere belief in the inherent wisdom, compassion, and courage of all beings.

New to meditation? This workshop is a great place to start, with guided video meditations from the Sakyong and guest teachers.
